Final Fantasy XVI 16 PRO TIPS Everyone Needs To Use - Momin Game

Here are 16 valuable tips that will enhance your combat, questing, gear, and abilities experience in Final Fantasy 16. Whether you're a seasoned player or a newcomer, these tips are guaranteed to increase the fun factor of your gameplay. My name is Momin, and I'm excited to share these insights with you.

Number 1

1. Maximize Your Aerial Attacks: Attacks like Down Thrust or Upheaval deal higher damage when activated in the air. Upgrade The Stomp skill to perform a double kick in mid-air, followed by the Wicked Wheel ability to elevate yourself even further. Combine this with a Charged sword attack to launch enemies, then execute Wicked Wheel and finish with an impactful dunk from Upheaval for an impressive combo that works well against single and multiple targets.

Number 2

2. Unleash the Chocobo's Full Potential: The Chocobo offers more moves than what is listed on the right side of the screen. For example, while drifting with the Chocobo, tilt left or right and press the reign button for a Fast 16 Chocobo drift. If you release the drift in the middle, you'll gain a 4-second speed boost. Additionally, you can jump with X and hold it to Glide for a while. Pressing the attack button allows you to deal damage without dismounting, enabling exciting Chocobo air juggle combos.

Number 3

3. Mastering Stagger: After depleting the yellow stagger gauge, maximize damage by using fast multi-hitting attacks to quickly reach a 1.5 damage multiplier. Once you hit 1.5, unleash your most powerful abilities. Most of the unlocked summon attacks work best as finishers, so capitalize on the pause in the Stagger gauge during their long animations to inflict high damage. One effective combo for building up to a 1.5 damage multiplier is using Lightning Rod and The Willow of the Wicks together, combined with your own attacks.

Number 4

4. Track Your Ability Cooldowns: To keep track of when your active abilities on other loadouts are ready, simply observe the dots displayed on the screen. These dots serve as indicators for when it's time to shift forms and unleash more abilities.

Number 5

5. Master the Parry: For more consistent and easier parried counter-attacks, perform a Charged sword attack. The Charged attack provides a larger window for successfully parrying enemy attacks, increasing your chances of executing successful counter-attacks.

Number 6

6. Utilize the Renowned Vendor: Once you gain access to the renowned vendor a few hours into the game, complete quests to earn 85 renowned and claim the Berserker ring. This offensive accessory enhances combat by triggering attack bonuses similar to activating your limit break every time you perform a Precision Dodge. Take advantage of the fire imbued melee and Magic attacks, which remain active for approximately six seconds after each Precision Dodge.

Number 7

7. Unleash Torgel's Enhanced Attacks: By pressing up or down on the d-pad at the end of specific moves, Torgel can perform enhanced versions of his attacks, indicated by an orange glow. Some accessories also improve this effect. Experiment with these punishing six moves at the end of basic melee combo attacks, charged melee or magic attacks, or after active abilities. For example, you can execute a Charged melee launcher followed by a d-pad down attack from Torgel, finishing with a down thrust and another Torgel attack.

Number 8

8. Master Cross-Icon Abilities: Leveling up an ability to its maximum allows you to assign it to any other icon form. This opens up unique build possibilities, such as creating a black mage spellcaster loadout. Combine Blind Justice from one icon, Thunderstorm from another, and Satellite

's ability to summon orbs for extra attacks. This allows you to play a true caster class when you unlock mid-game abilities.

Number 9

9. Unleash the Power of Ignition: The Ignition ability is perfect for grouping smaller enemies together. Use it to create a concentrated area of enemies, which can either be eliminated by Ignition itself or finished off with an AOE ability. Casting Ignition in the air makes it easier to gather and defeat airborne enemies.

Number 10

10. Capture Perfect Moments with Photo Mode: To take beautiful screenshots, access Photo mode from the attributes tab by pressing the touchpad. Adjust the depth of field settings by setting the focal distance to 1 and the blur to 0.1 for a crisp close-up shot. Fine-tune the camera position, toggle Clive off, and capture stunning images, even showcasing intricate wall textures.

Number 11

11. Utilize Healing Abilities: When your health bar displays a partial section due to damage, use Torgel's healing ability by pressing d-pad right. This ability gradually heals the partial section over time. Entering the limit break state also provides regen over time. Alternatively, use a potion to restore health.

Number 12

12. Preserve Old Gear: Instead of selling your old gear, hold onto it, as you'll need these items as crafting materials for later recipes. By marking valuable materials, you can accumulate enough gill through selling them, ensuring you maintain an adequate inventory of crafting resources.

Number 13

13. Optimize Basic Melee Combos: Compare different options for basic melee combos. The standard four-hit sword string deals 2026 damage. However, a four-hit sword string with a magic burst after each hit yields 3711 damage. To maximize damage, burst out of the first attack, continue holding the magic button throughout the combo, and finish with a charged spell for 3962 damage. This combo is recommended for its ease of timing compared to the Full Burst combo. Additionally, consider changing your control type to B or C, as it makes holding the magic button while melee attacking more manageable.

Number 14

14. Dual Charged Attacks: On control types B or C, you can charge both melee attacks and magic simultaneously by holding down each button. Release one button after most of its animation plays out, then release the other to create combos utilizing both charged attacks.

Number 15

15. Magic Bursts After Precision Dodges: After performing a normal Precision Dodge, you can follow up with an extra magic burst after each melee strike. Simply press the magic button towards the end of the attack animation after dodging.

Number 16

16. Prioritize Side Quests with a Plus Symbol: Side quests marked with a green plus symbol instead of an exclamation point should be your immediate priority. These quests unlock significant features or upgrades, such as expanding your potion capacity or obtaining special crafting blueprints. One of these quests even grants you access to the Chocobo, so don't overlook these valuable opportunities!

I hope you find these tips useful and enjoy implementing them into your Final Fantasy 16 gameplay. If you have any further questions or discoveries, feel free to let me know!
